Fluffy and Soft Turkish Flatbread :: Grilled Flatbread :: Bazlama

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

*** Please refer to the TIP at the bottom of the expected questions.
I made a soft and soft Turkish flat bread.
The middle of the bread is empty, so it's good to wrap up your favorite food.
Of course, it is light and delicious to eat with just bread.
It is also good for wrapping spicy chicken or roasted meat,
It can also be used as tacos, sandwiches, and pizzas.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

I just made this an hour ago. Since I'm kinda in a hurry, I only proofed it for like 40 minutes, and yet the bread still turns out great! The recipe was soooo simple and easy. Even if it was my first time making it, I totally nailed it. My family loves it too. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Why don't you let the warm milk and warm water, yeast and sugar bloom up to a foamy stage? A lot of dough mixtures are made without letting the warm water and warm milk and sugar bloom. I know you have the answer, but I would really love to hear your answer on this question. I love your channel and am so glad that I ran into it. Thank you for all of your great recipes. ❤

After following your videos l feel boast of myself whenever I serve those nice dishes to my family members they ask me by whom I knew those. I conceal it but I feel guilty after returning to the kitchen , but burst in to laugh 🤭. But when I stay alone I show my gratitude to you with a whispering voice. Really God send you for me as you are solving my problems everyday by your extraordinary snacks. Thank you so much. You are God blessed.

I love your videos. So simple and yet delicate. Very easy to follow. The breads I make following your recipes turn out delicious. I was just wondering and wanted your opinion on this: I've heard that the percentage of ingredients (which some call it the baker's percentage) depends on the location and kind of environment you live in (e.g. humidity, etc) .. I live in North America and when I use your measurements, I realized the dough becomes a bit drier than what you show in the video. I experienced this following a couple of your recipes ... so every time I have to use a bit less flour .. or a bit more liquid. Any thoughts on this? And if so, what is your recommendation for one to quickly/easily find that bake's percentage? Thanking you in advance :)

Hi from Chch, New Zealand. I see your post, and please note age of flour can make a big difference. Also here we have standard flour, then high grade flour as in baking flour. Both work but as with every Mix, conditions vary and so you need to adjust the amount of water. Don't add all the water, reserve some, then add as needed. Cheers and GO WELL THERE.

I live in Canada. I have the same problem as yours. Dough normally turns out dry so I have to add a little more water. Otherwise, when I bake multigrain bread or white bread, they crack on them. So sad.
