My guy, outside of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and I'll add David Goggins (Marine) motivate me like no other. Being a martial artist and stepping into the boxing ring at 13 for the first time, being a basketball player first, was eye opening. The skill, mental fortitude and acute awareness, hand eye coordination and diligence needed in fine tuning the smaller details helped me a great deal.
That was very good, but can’t nobody work the pads like uncle roger rip 🙏🏾

Word the fuck up. Roger was a spectacle watching holding the pads himself, the laser focus him & Floyd had that went unspoken was really special to see all those years. Everything was organic
No one has ever looked better on the pads than Floyd. He'll be doing this padwork til he's about 90 years old

He would be the worst trainer ever. Not because he doesn't know his stuff, but rather because he always wants to be the centre of attention. A good coach needs to stay behind and leave the spotlight for his trainees.

Trains a bunch of ppl not full time, but he worked pads and gave advice to haney .. obviously tank, etc, but he is still doing exhibitions as well, and i believe that prolly pays better, lol .
