Castillo didn't land half that shit he threw. I often see ppl say he lost that fight so i went back and watched it again bc i knew what i saw the 1st time i watched it. So i watched it again, and again. Floyd lost maybe 4 rounds, Big maybe. I say 3 but he did beat castillo but castillo pressured him the entire fight. Ppl love to say he lost bc of the unofficial score cards at the bottom of the screen but the real judges got it right. And at that time everyone in the boxing world would've paid money to see floyd lose and he didnt have any money power at that time to guarantee a win. The real judges scored that fight correctly. Castillo lost.

The prospect of that particular fight really would get the juices flowing for me unlike the Mayweather v Pacman 'mega-fight'. I had known from years ago that Floyd would win that fight with ease , and so it proved .

What he means by he never reached his peak was that nobody pushed him to the point where he had to fight at his A+ game.

I don't believe Floyd because most if his fights with top opponents he goes the distance of 12 rounds. He doesn't have 1 punch knockout power. He gives everything to outbox his opponent. He is great and controlling range and moving on the pivot.
