FLOYD MAYWEATHER BREAKS DOWN MISTAKE HE MADE WHEN SHANE MOSLEY ROCKED HIM AND ADJUSTMENT HE MADE

Спорт

"I shook it off...it wasn't nothing but a baby tap...I'ma be honest...I knew he was going to hit me with the shot...Mosley walks around extremely heavy...I missed him with the hook...when you get hit with a shot like that, you don't even feel it," stated retired undefeated former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, who spoke to fans during a recent stop on his UK tour. Check it out!

I'll correct myself, just one knockdown vs hernandez. He also was legally knocked down by Zab Judah but the ref missed it. I thought Corley knocked him down also but I was wrong not 2 knockdowns, just the one. I'm not trying to diss Floyd, he's an all time great and probably the best defensive fighter of all time. I was just pointing out that he was knocked down b4.

As you can now see, and as Mayweather fans have been trying to tell people all along, Money Mayweather was a marketing ploy that A) assured him long-term success 2) made his opponents think he was being childish instead of working hard, 3) Enticed fighters who despised him to come after him harder, which fit his style better.

Bill Payer it made floyd the villain and even being hated so much worked to his advantage. Peace Maker people literally do not understand that everything Floyd does is a tactic, he is the epitome of a boxing genius in and out of the ring. I truly believe most his fights that he can finish the fights a lot earlier and KO more people in the 2nd half of his career but I also truly believe that he didn’t purposely because he was in such great shape that he enjoyed going to full 12 rounds and outboxing everyone. You gotta ask yourself why hardly anyone asks for a rematch with Mayweather? Because he made them work their ass off for months and months in camp and then go the full 12 rounds and get outboxed most the bout and look childish, who the heck would want a rematch with that? Also, I can’t stand when people are like oh this person or this person is giving Mayweather a tough round and beating Mayweather this round, no the truth is that Mayweather takes rounds off when he wants because it’s all a strategy even the way he clinches with everyone is just a strategy to tire them out faster even though it’s doing nothing to him, he lets people throw a hundred punches at him while he’s up against the ropes because it isn’t doing anything to Floyd and it’s only tiring out the other boxer. Very rarely have I ever actually seen Floyd try really hard in a bout.

Mayweather was thinking too much because, he and Zab know each other so well. Zab on the other hand was not thinking because, of the same reason. Once Mayweather got Zabs tendencies during the first 4 rounds and dug into Zabs body It was cruise control to picking Zab apart. Plus Zab is not a WW he is a true Jr.WW. Got to give him (Zab) credit for taking on great fighters in WW.

Whatever anyone thinks of Floyd, he didn't hesitate to get back into rough close fights like with Maidana and Castillo. Many fighters would have taken the win and ran with it. Canelo did with Lara. That was a very close fight that deserved a rematch but Canelo just took the win and never mentioned Lara again.

What’s incredible about that round is how composed he remained even when his body was involuntarily buckling below him to try to regain balance Grabbed him… composed himself… hands up.. marched forward. Got hit again shortly after with that second huge shot… legs buckled.. walked forward.. Legs buckled AS he walked forward… ignored it as though it didn’t happen and kept walking forward. 😂 His ring IQ and composure is just absolutely incredible. Seems counter intuitive for a defensive fighter like him but in a vulnerable situation like that a good offense case is the best defense.. although risky, he understood that acting as though it didn’t phase him at all and trusting his abilities and landing a couple shots would help nullify any momentum he had… and he did just that. This man was truly on another level.
