It’s called building your aerobic engine. When you run slow you can go longer and train more often without injury. The longer you go the stronger your engine becomes. I used to jog on the treadmill for 3 hours straight at one point. My engine is strong.

It’s called building your aerobic engine. When you run slow you can go longer and train more often without injury. The longer you go the stronger your engine becomes. I used to jog on the treadmill for 3 hours straight at one point. My engine is strong.
