It's so weird seeing you talk about saving frames. I'm used to the pancake mindset, which is, "if you're doing a challenge run, to hell with speed."

Man this has become one of my favorite channels just all the crazy things you do in Paper Mario amazes me.

I am in awe from this one. This video is definitely a note on your speed-run resume. I love the partner challenge for this map. That was a Harrison Bergeron level handicap...though it still didn't make you equal to your opponents. You're a beast! XD

The thing i find amazing about this channel is that you get hundreds of thousands of views per video covering one single game that just so happens to be 20 years old. I love it! Paper mario is one of the best games of all time and im so glad that people still enjoy it to this day! Keep it up man!

At 2:58 you say that button presses are accurate up to 1/30th of a second. Wouldn't it instead be 1/15th since the game needs at least one frame of no buttons being pressed in order to distinguish between a button hold, and a different button press?

That would only apply if he would be touching the ground for more than a frame. Since the input can only ocurr on the frame of him touching the ground, the input has to be 1/30th of a second perfect. You are probably confusing this with tricks in mario64, like scaling those pillars, where you have to jump every other frame.

You have to spell his name with proper capitalisation, meaning you can't guess his name until you get the lower case p because you physically can't correctly input his name. There could be some glitch I suppose though.
