Florida's herpes-infected monkey population is booming and it could have fatal consequences

There are more than 200 rhesus macaques living in the forests and along the riverbanks of Silver Springs State Park. According to a newly published study, 30% of those monkeys carry herpes B, a virus that can be deadly if contracted by humans. Full story: bit.ly/2Vi2i2g

I live in Ocala and am beginning to see more and more dead monkeys in the road and having to avoid more groups of live ones crossing roads further and further away from Silver Springs in and around the forest. Both sad and disturbing. Sad for the monkeys, and sad for me because as much as I ride around here it's only a matter of time before a group wrecks me and I end up a mangled Softail Salad in a rural ditch with Macaques eating my flesh.

I've had close encounters with numerous Deer, Bobcats, Rattlesnakes, Copperhead, and a couple of Black Bear, one a sow with 3 cubs, causing an abrupt course correction; however, all those pale in comparison to the thought of a troop of herpes infected, flesh eating Rhesus Macaques. The problem is that non-residents are treating these monkeys like pets and feeding them. The fools are renting houses when they visit and leaving food out for the monkeys, which causes major problems for permanent residents in those particular neighborhoods. If local authorities would hold those people and the individuals who rent houses to them accountable then that would be a step in the right direction. It is not the solution to the whole problem though. People, these animals are not pets and don’t treat them like they are pets.

There was a breeding faculty that was hit by one of many hurricanes, I don't remember which one and they escaped and some they say are former pets people dumped. They reported that breeding has been successful so they are expanding and that is really bad for people in the area. These nasty things are bigger and stronger than people realize and are able to kill your pets and they can easily break into homes and cause a lot of damage.

Here's an idea. Have some of those python hunters in the Everglades turn a couple dozen male pythons loose on the island they live on. And place about 30 new alligators in the river that surrounds the island. It will certainly thin the herd of these brazen monkeys.

I said one more time they're very very careful in China and a veterinarian a couple months ago one of the very few that would work on these things from the wild died and it's going to happen a lot more and these guys are very intelligent over there they know what they're doing they're usually very careful but obviously the guy was to Reckless and it's going to happen a lot more here cuz over there they know better and they typically don't act as stupid as a people here who all want to baby monkey and there's people going out there to steal babies from The Troop I've already heard tons of people say it on these forums where we all go and look at monkeys and talk about monkeys. These people are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a baby monkey and their willing to risk getting one covered in Lethal virus even if it kills them.

It’s obvious some patients with herpes are being enslaved to the antiviral and other supplementary Orthodox medicine just to help suppress the virus and not a cure..... I have been with the virus since 2015 until I was introduced by a blogger who also narrated her story online on how she was cured of Genital Herpes after using Dr Sikies Herbal Medicine. This is a year and 2 weeks since I was delivered from genital Herpes. All thanks to God for using this Great herbalist to heal me. I have promised to keep telling good things about Dr Sikies. Please feel free to share Your problems with him and don’t forget to tell him I did refer you to Him. Thanks.. Write him on mail Drsikies@gmail.com He deals with Alzheimer virus, Cancer, HIV, Herpes, Genital, warts, ALS, BV, UTI, Virginal infection, Genital, Wart, HPV, Hepatitis A/B, Good luck, HSV, Pregnancy, Ex back. . here is his website: drsikiesherbalcure.weebly.com you can reach me via mail: anitalawson515@gmail.com..

There not as aggressive as they're making them out to be,the have them as pets and are docile. When they reach maturity, 7 years old I think the can be dangerous, their k9's get large and long,3 inches about.Their k9's can be removed and the males can get fixed.
