Loved this one floor model home, wished it would have had a half bathroom and a tub in the master bathroom. Great footage of this house.

Home shows well and the layout is family friendly.

Gorgeous house with a beautiful decor. The layout is just great. The backyard got me like 😍 Just needs a half bath and would be perfect.

Beautiful home inside and out. A well-designed floor plan too. I love, love, love the eat-in kitchen concept with this kitchen. It's the perfect size for my husband and me and when our grown children visit with our grandchildren. So many homes with enough bedrooms to accommodate guests are way too big for our needs with 3 or 4 living areas, etc. that my husband and I would never use. Plus it's all on one level which is also a bonus for me because of my arthritis, autoimmune disease and not being able to climb stairs on a daily basis. Yes, I really like this one but I can just hear my husband calling it the pickle house because of the colors in the model home. He hates pickles and the color green and might be put off just from that, lol. Personally, I love the color green but this home decor was certainly not the best either - in fact, it is kinda ugly. Décor is basically one's personal individual taste. You have the freedom to do whatever interior design preference you want to do to meet your taste, but I won't say that this model home is "kinda [sic] ugly". You have to be there physically to appreciate the look not only from an aesthetic standpoint, but from an artistic standpoint . Most folks, like you, won't understand or appreciate a Picasso; it depends on individual taste and that person's expanded horizon abilities including understanding and appreciating arts. This model, exceeds all of Park Square's sales of all models worldwide and is their most popular. So obviously, there is a large appeal as the model home has appealed to a very large audience. There are limitations with video content materials to display accurate color palettes and spectrums including cinematography representation from an artistic and visual perspective.

Very Lovely smaller property perfect starter home for a young couple. Well done.
