Love this layout smart way to use all of the space 2,700+ Square feet also the other bathrooms shower or better looking than some of the $700,000 or $800,000 home with none Master bathrooms. this is really a beautiful home one of my favorites. Someone will be very happy to have this home.

Omg this house is exactly my style the only 2 things I'd change is where the desk is by the laundry room I'd make that a mudroom area and I'd make the kids rooms a little bigger. Now I know how I want my house built!.

I'm from the west coast and here houses have closed 6 foot privacy fences around the houses' property lines and, of course, the backyard for privacy. I am/was seriously considering a move to Florida and I would prefer a new or newer home but I'm bothered by how all the houses in Florida seem to be completely open to their next door neighbor's properties with no privacy fences around them. Can you provide me with some info and insight on this? Thanks much.

Yes, you can still build that floorplan.
Cool video but again, the build is way too small for me.
Too dark
The bathrooms are awfully small
