Hello Joe, wow what an airy entrance area. And I think the office is right, it doesn't have to be a bedroom. And yes, even a bathtub in the garage! That's what I call style! 😁😁😀 The family room is amazing. So much space, such a great layout. It is wonderful!!! Above all, I always get jealous when I see the large hobs and refrigerators and think of my small ceramic stove ... The backjard area with the sliding door and the covered terrace is just as beautiful. The only thing missing is a pool. And the little highlight: the master suite. A little dream. It is a pity, that there is no passage to the Landry room. A wonderful house. Thanks for this little candy on Sunday afternoon. Many greetings and see you then. HD

My favorite so far

⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a contender, I like the layout of this model home and finishes & upgrades. Having said that, I would have to get rid of the wall-to-wall carpet due to my spouse's allergies. I would add glass doors to all showers & baths and take the bathroom tile to the ceiling plus I would add a pot-filler above the stove, and the spouse needs to have a deeper and larger apron-sink. Lastly, I would add my pool.

I like the tray ceilings. They probably made this a design studio. You might be able to pick a freestanding tub according to what I’m seeing

That means those are GE appliances. You can probably control those on your smart phone. That would be great with a mom who has kids. She can just used her smart phone or Amazon Alexa to do things like preheat the oven. Whatever.

Good luck with the customer service on this specific community. I left a lengthy review about them so hopefully they fixed their behavior. This is the Lakeside community in Apopka.

Hey Josh, I'm sorry that you didn't have the service. The sales associates are typically very friendly, but everyone has been so overwhelmed. I hope you have a better experience elsewhere.

Hello, it will really depend on the what the lot price is and what is available. Base rear neighbors will range from 5k to waterfront 100k. Also the models are typically 20% of the base price not including Interior design (trim work and wall garnishings). I've had clients spend 5% and others that spent 30%. So price will depend on many factors. I hope you find this to be helpful. please contact me if you plan on purchasing here in Orlando
