Look at all the storage! These older homes often beat the newer ones as far as closets go. The price is not bad either. Here in S. Florida, prices have gone way up!

I think these homes will hold value or increase more as the recession takes hold. There is a limited supply and they are much more affordable.

IMHO that's a myth. I moved from CT and it was just as hot and humid in the summer there as it was here, In fact, sometimes more so. I imagine the interior gets hotter than the shores.

You would meet the HUD requirements for 55+ assuming your mother was on the title and the lot lease. But some parks have a minimum age as well. The only way to know for sure is to contact the park. Their info is on their website: www.southgatellc.com/

I know some of the large park owners offer that in new homes. I'm sure there are other offers out there but it's not real common. The Facebook groups listed in the website would be the place to look. www.floridamfghome.com/Buyer-Resources

Little people and little dogs make me nervous. Are there restrictions on weight of humans? I weigh 265 and I’m 6’3”. I’m usually very friendly and so is my wife(no weight given) but my 100 lb dog is over friendly. Large dogs and people generally don’t have any thing to prove. Invite me to one of your parties. I’ll bring rover and then you can see that I’m credible. Thank you for your attention matter. Stay well, see you down the road🙏
