Florida Lawyer Allegedly Guns Down Father After Stealing $450k from Mother

A suspended Florida lawyer stands accused of gunning down his father after stealing $450,000 from his mother’s trust fund. Paul was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds outside of his law firm, where he and Brandon were partners. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the details. As a paralegal, I am disgusted by the corrupt legal system. And there is a two-tiered justice system. It sickens me.

Why is money so important to those who already have enough. I want enough money to pay the bills, adequate food, replace clothing as needed, and enjoy occasional luxuries in life (ie. I just want enough money to simply get by, to pay rent, decent food, vacation every few years, simple clothes to replace, eat out every now and then with my S.O, spend quality time outdoor such as hiking, or running marathon to raise money for charities. When I paused the video to read the actual facts of the lawsuit, the father claimed an amount of two hundred thousand, which he states was “loaned” to his son to keep his personal injury firm afloat. I’m pretty sure that money had nothing to do with the stolen amount of $450K.

To blame somebody else and get away with the theft, or the father found out of the theft said he was disowning him and he could no longer support him and wanted to put him in jail which made him angry and he did it out of anger. It seems to be the latter as the father contacted his lawyers and was tired of his problems, yet still he didn't do it during an argument so it was premeditated.

This lady shouldn't be laughing when talking about the victim of this case. There is nothing amusing about the details of this situation. I feel like she is getting a kick out of the drama of it all due to the fact that both father and son were lawyers and what transpired. It's totally disrespectful and not professional. Her whole persona, as I watched and listened to her interpretation of the facts, was showcased as very tacky, distasteful, full of excess, and snobbery.
