Please let us know, on any order for 90% or 40% coins is there a minimum amount that you need to buy? I noticed you listed a minimum buy in amount on flash sale. Will the minimum amount be a permanent policy? I don't mind buying a 5$ or 10$ roll of 90% because that's my budget for now.
