This is art. One should realize that the original player had the benefit of first playing and having the cartoon made afterwards. Turning this around takes some serious master.

Tom was trying to play some good music 1:00 and accidentally woke up jerry mid way through 2:13, jerry felt the need to be annoying and piss with Tom by being in his way on purpose 2:33. Tom deals with him 2:44, jerry becomes even more of an annoyance and screws with the music 3:10,3:36 and smashes toms fingers in as well as trying to cut off his fingers, and he successfully gets one of toms fingers stuck in a mouse trap.4:19 Then screws with toms music multiple times in a row,5:00 in which Tom gets rightly annoyed and tries to trap jerry,5:24 failing and getting so pissed he may as well have killed jerry, putting jerry through multiple types of torture and after Tom thinks he's done dealing with jerry6:14, jerry screws with the music ending it early6:21, almost killing Tom with exhaustion and stealing his credit7:05, somebody kill that mouse.
