Hearing the nerves in their voices made this performance even better to me. They’re singing Live! No pre-record so it doesn’t sound “perfect”! So rare but it brought me back to performances from award shows back in the day. They will get better with time, everything doesn’t have to be a hit the first time.

Aw girls :( they look so disappointed in the end… I know how it feels being an artist myself and singing live… not in big shows like this at all… but it’s really hard.. so with this type of big audience… I can only imagine the pressure and confidence it takes… damn. They’re doing so well! I totally get what you mean, though. They were discontent the whole way through and you could tell since they’ve given such consistent performances. This only shows they’re human and growing and learning to deal with the nerves of singing at bigger venues

They still did better than most acts for the simple fact that they’re singing live

listening to it twice made me realize that they don't sound bad at all. It's normal pitchiness and their breath controll overall has gotten SOOOO much better. it's harder when it's a girl group and you have three different voices, all with mics ON 👏🏾👏🏾 and they have nerves. But they sound great! The harmonies are still good, the choreo was cute. They got it

MICS ON 100%. THIS GROUP IS 🔥🔥🔥. They didn't seem happy at the end but I'm PROUD of them. It's the beginning of a fruitful journey with actual VOCALISTs. Protect them and let's cherish their journey ahead. LET'S GOOOOO FLO🎉🎉🎉

Agree, I think they're pushing themselves too hard though, maybe need to calm down with the harmonies and riffs. They stray too far from the studio version. If they're going to embrace the y2k vibe they need to remember that singers back then made their mark by being calm and cool rather than flashy choreo and chaotic harmonies. Pull it back a tad, ladies 💪

From the looks of it I’m assuming they couldn’t hear themselves singing hence the pitches and the timings being slightly off cause stuff like that doesn’t happen when you perform, practice, and rehearse over and over and over like these girls have been doing when you see any of their bts post, regardless I still think they did great

Stella is so stable

They did GREAT could have been better but that’s okay!! They have only performed live with each other on VEVO but now it’s in front of thousands of people. They are so talented and will go sooo far they just gotta get over that nerve and know that they are TRUE vocalist WE STAN JORGA, RENÉE & STELLA FLOLIFE🫶🏽🤍

Yea Jorja was nervous and out of breath you can hear it. Renee didn’t seem nervous to me but she was a little pitchy. Stella did what she had to do here I love my girls🤗 the next one definitely will be better

.i agree, as far as tone and actually singing the melody line. Stella is really good at that, and keeping that high harmony tight. Jorja is great she just starts feeling it, and starts to riff a bit more that she can in the time she has. Renee is great and hold that lower harmony well. But with her solos she seems to go off the melody for some reason.

They can definitely sing but I dont think they could hear themselves in the monitors cause they were off pitch the whole time. Thats not their fault

It was a good performance, I’ve seen worst especially at the Mobo’s. I know there was a mix of nerves and pitchy notes but they did a really good job of pushing through to the end and should be proud of themselves. There already performing at this level at a award show. I see only success for their future 💕

Regardless of them being nervous i loved this 💯🔥 I'm sure with time they'll get much better at this, but based on this performance i really enjoyed seeing and listening to it👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Doing it live ain't easy but they really pulled it off👏🏾🔥👌🏾💯

This was such a good introduction performance. Though it was shaky, they still did the damn thing and that alone makes this performance top tier compared to their peers

I’m really proud of them! It may not have been their best but it’s damn sure better than half of these live performances we get nowadays!! Much love to them 💕❤️

remember this is their first televised performance of immature!!! they killed it

they looked so pissed off at the end. i know they may have been disappointed with their performance and vocals but they're still a brand new group that needs fine tuning and development in their live performances. nerves always seem to get the better of them so their team should help them overcome this. they gained popularity overnight so they need to work on their training and never let disappoint show. they need to work through it and give it time.

You can hear how there voice changes as they warm up ❤the awesome

I think it would benefit them if they started doing performances on smaller scales, and start working on staging dynamic more. Get a couple background dancers, and start building their performances styles. They’re still so young and fresh to the industry-the talent is THERE, but it’s the technique performing live, and having the experience in small venues will help them build stage presence. The nerves are fine, but they should try and pace themselves.

Jorja was definitely channeling her frustrations for the audio into the choreography. That's the hardest i've ever seen her dance. She was not playing. All their faces at the end made me know they were over it. I don't know if was the house engineer with the audio or nerves like someone said in the comments. Either way we all know they can sing. They still did great despite any technical or personal difficulties.

I wish they would have matching outfits. I get that everyone wants there own style but lordddd have mercy it’s giving chaotic…..

All in all i thought they gave a fantastic performance at such a major event so early in their career. They are going to be massive without a doubt.

They brought live singing back! Listen closely at the beginning they were practicing cardboard box

They literally have no backing vocals or prerecorded parts which is commendable! 👏🏽🔥 and plus the microphones probably have tiny bit of pitch correction auto tune which is sometimes unneeded for real singers who have creative sudden note and key changes.

They were nervous and couldn’t hear themselves in the monitors most like damn🥹

People need to realize they sound better in those Vevo performances because those performances aren’t 100% “live”

I appreciate them for singing live because we all know they can sing, but it’s a lot to do as one of their first bigger performances. I wouldn’t have been mad if they did minimal vocals and focused more on the optics. Gimme 90s imagery on stage! Love them either way. Protect these queens at all costs!

You can tell they couldn’t hear themselves by the simple fact the levels are off and the music is too loud.

The performance was fine. There were moments of pitchiness especially when they had to sing in a lower register. I feel that the energy of the big stage and crowd kind of calls for projecting more energy from the artists in live performances and that's hard to do when you are singing in a low register. So it was pitchy. One of the members also seemed somewhat nervous or anxious in her facial expressions as if something was wrong. Again, the performance was fine overall but was pitchy in moments. It's almost as if the key should have been higher for this performance because its harder to sing such low notes while moving.

Flo continuing the tradition of British girl groups having absolutely disastrous live performances ♥ (I say this with a heart full of love. I like Flo!)

Hmm the good thing is we all know they can sing much better than this performance. They were nervous and probably some tech issues. They might need some background vocals for the hooks so they focus on the individual parts. Growing pains they will get there.

I love these girls and they are immensely talented. I think what would help is if they just focused on singing for now, they have heavenly voices and that is enough to captivate the audience. In my opinion, the dance routine doesn’t add much to the performance.

Why do they always feel the need to do new arrangements when performing live? Just perform the damn song how everyone knows it! The original arrangements are so much better!
