Pretty darn cool...gyrocopters are something alot of people haven't seen in a long time Awesome!!!!

I want one.... I like the tractor gyrocopter because it can be easily put on floats - less chance of Proposing - easier to use a longer prop.

I still have my Auto G v1 and I have to say the new landing gear looks solid compared to the 1st version. Let's hope this version brings more Autogyro pilots to this great hobby. 👍🏻

I had the G2 and loved it so much, I still have it, but I think one of the servos broke after 2 years when I had a bad crash and haven't repaired it or flown since. I have pre-ordered V2 😊, the upgrades seem very good, hitting the correct points, undercarriage, rotorhead and control wires to the rotor head, which were very flexible on V1.

can't wait for them to get back in stock

Nice to see it back - most of us converted to fibreglass plate and balsa blades in the end

Neat. Might order one. Having flown pusher style, full scale gyrocopters for over 300 hours, including Air Command, Dominator and RAF 2 seater, it would be nice to see 5his type gyrocopter as that are much more prevalent than tractor style. Also, they don't have elevator, just a fixed horizontal stabilizer, rudder and full gimbal head that moves in pitch and roll. In flight, rudder is not used except for takeoffs and landings.

I fly a Magni M16 Autogyro with Rotax 914 Turbo. I will also love to see it with full gimbal head BUT this is a trainer autogyro and is more easy to fly it for the RC people. I am thinking on order one and maybe set up with a Landing fly mode 2 switch with more travel in the elevator so I can flare it more during landing.

I'd really like to see it flying in low light with some LED lights on the fuselage (those stick on ones that come in a 3 pack). I'm thinking that the light will be reflecting off the blades and make it look really cool in flight.

That's nearly twice the weight, However As most Modelers do they will go heavy til a Model is good for a doorstop. I've several 1,600 an 1,800 . I may give those a go.

I just received this Gyrocopter and I'm waiting on good weather conditions to maiden fly her. Question: Is it normal for the Rotor head to look slightly turned to the right side of the aircraft?... Did it in Hong Kong some years back, so I know it does it. Unfortunately Netherlands is a bit short on slope sites 😂

Awesome. I’m a Gyro fan! But tell me: What is the “aileron” servo for, if you don’t use it to bank and turn? I even took Gyro pilot lesson in Germany. My flight instructor didn’t use the rudder in turns only for landing. 😅

Using rudder and elevator the ag will bank over and the rotor blades will start to lose lift, as they're not level with the direction of travel. Using OPPOSITE aileron allows the ag to bank over, but keeps the blades flater to the direction of travel. As the video said - you need to coordinate turns using BOTH rudder and ailerons. Otherwise it's possible to turn, lose lift, and roll into the ground!

IS the Auto Spool needed for Takeoff's, Touch and go's, and landings? Or is As u demo'd the "Auto Spool needed just for takeoffs"?. Hobby King an Durafly has a great model looks like. Regards Captain John

i took an autogyro flight from rochester airfield, kent, uk. the pilot killed the engine at about 500ft agl and floated in on auto-rotate alone. smooth as. can this model float in with dead engine ??

A tractor gyrocopter? I'd like the larger version back with the better head and better blades. The V1 could even do rolls. Good to see something new, though.

Hobby King did you guys discontinue it? On the website say no estimate. Is this discontinue? If not when will it be back on stock?

My Blade helis like 10mph or less. The heli blades are long, 10mph be max I'd think

É o mesmo caso de roupas. Fica perfeito no corpo das modelos, aí as barangas compram, vestem e dá erda. Tenho alguns aeros e pouca prática. Já tentei levantar meu helicóptero várias vezes e sei que ele vai se espatifar, então desisto. Esse aí nas minhas mãos, "vai dar erda".

Hi Stuart, bought one of these in december as hobbyking uk were saying that spare blades woud be available soon. Needless to say shattered a blade on third flight. Since then no spare blades available and no eta on either the uk or global site. You are still selling these. Is it really the case that you are selling these models for 160 pounds knowing that there is no prospect of ever replacing a part which is bound to break after a few flights. Do you have any idea if there are ever going to be blades available, or did the manufacturer just decide to make one production run and then move on. Not very happy with this at all. Andy in uk.

Its really pissing me off that HK promised the return to the UK and keep pumping out these videos. I pre- oredered a model on 23rd september and haven't even had aby sort of ETA or any contact whatsoever with HK........OK advertising the new version of this model but with no stock and no customer support and no supply chain you won't get one!
