I love what you’re doing with the cape in this video. I wonder how this type of feature can be used for other types of clothing (e.g., a scarf, a long coat, a dress), especially to show how clothing is affected on a windy day or how it looks when a character is in an action pose. Also, if you ever add some hair options to the 3D models, it would be great if this feature could be used to show hair blown in the wind and hair in different poses according to how the character is moving. I want to illustrate more dynamic scenes but I haven’t found any 3D posing apps that allow users to pose the hair & clothing of their characters in dynamic ways. This is the only app with a feature that can shape up props such as clothing. I only wish that it will someday develop to be used for posing different types of clothing, as well as hair, since I feel that hair & clothing are both in the same type of category. When one experiences movement, the other will likely be affected in the same way on that character. This kind of feature would be very helpful for depicting action scenes. Posable hair & clothing, as well as the ability to change the height of the 3D models, would be some of the most useful features in my opinion. I just wanted to share my suggestions. I still think this app is great. It’s exciting to see how it evolves 😊

Hehe cloth and hair realtime simulation is something very complex, I could try to see how far I can get with Unity s default tool but I don't think it will be feasible, at least in the short time, but thanks for the feedback, I actually agree with you :). In the next update you will be able to scale the mannequin and do much more.

@@mauri4912 I thought it would be easier to pose the clothing & hair because what I’m referring to isn’t really animation. I know animation is complex and requires a lot of rendering power. What I was thinking about is being able to push the hair & clothing around in a similar way like you did with the cape in this video. It was very interesting how you morphed the cape around to take different shapes, especially since the cape is a flowy item, which may be more difficult to modify than a really solid object that holds its shape. Just like the cape, I thought other clothing + hair might follow the same rules when posing them in a static way (since they’re all considered flowy objects), although some of it might be more complex in shape. Thanks a lot for letting me know that we will get the ability to modify the models’ bodies soon. It’s very exciting to learn that this feature will be coming 😊

What do you think about this idea: Child model, just smaller version normal manequen, maybe even customizable size, to make your manequen the size you want 😃 for example if i want to draw adult and child, i think that would be helpful too 😊 again, i understand if it's impossible 🙂 Bye ❤

This app keeps getting better, I see. Nice. I'm impressed by the way the cape has fold too. I haven't seen any other 3D pose app that simulates drapes/clothes with folds moving so realistically.

Is it possible to add a cat-dog-bird model into the app? I just saw you first video and after seeing your lovely cat I was wondering if that was possible, maybe with also a scaling system, so if someone wants to draw a normal cat they can, but by scaling it, it can become the perfect base for a tiger, lion or any fantasy creature the imagination can come up with. I don't know if this can be added as the "third" model into the scene, but I guess having it still as the second model should be fine and not too much of a problem for the time being

Hi, yes I read thinking about that and I started working on a horse. At the beginning they will be FlexProps so you can add them to the scene or attach them to body parts if that is convenient for you, and they will have some common poses animations you can scrub through. You won't be able to adjust the single joints at the beginning but I will try to add that feature later in the future. Thanks for the feedback!!

Yes my friend, unless I really messed up :) if you loose your status send me an email with the receipt of your donation and I will make sure you will keep being ads free. Don't worry. In my head people that don't want ads only need to donate once. Then if one is happy and wants to keep supporting can keep doing that from the support panel in the options, but that is purely optional and doesn't give any other benefits, it's just if you feel the my updates and efforts deserve a little plus or if you want to support the app further.

I don't understand it completely but i donated some money and then a new update came and i still have to watch ads to unlock some items,i thought you need to buy or give money and there's no more ads?or does it restart?

@@11ict-2dimapasocerdannvinn4 that is correct, if you donate once you should not have ads anymore, it might happen that if you are upgrading and the new version has some substantial changes you need to delete your local files so the app can create the new compatible file system fresh (do that from the button at the end of the guide section). Try that and see if you still have ads. If you do please write me via mail so I can assist you.

The app is awesome. The UI is one of the best I've ever used. It was super easy to learn and get started. I had a lot of fun while using it. My only suggestion would be more hands and props, but other than that I love it. Definitely worth the donation

Hi Kakashi, you mean after donating? If so try to delete your local data, the app will close automatically, at that point uninstall directly Poseit and reinstall it.

Just came across this app not too long ago, and I've gotta say: I really like the minimalist but functional approach to the UI/modeling configuration, it really suits use on a smartphone It seems like you're pretty on top of actively updating it as well with genuinely useful features, which is always a bonus In terms of making doable suggestions: The ability to change the models base colors to say, gray? With down the line, other neutral esq colors. To go with this type of change, perhaps being able to change the actual color of the lights as well? I still think the app as it is right now is perfectly functional as a posing software-but I'm excited to see what's in store for the future regardless Best of luck in your developmental future for it :-^)

Update on adding textures and clothes on characters

What about being able to resize stuff color them etcetera. This app is pretty premium to be honest, although i feel like it's missing some props, expressions etcetera. Also, hope you enjoyed your coffee :D

Cloths simulation unfortunately is very demanding and I would not know how to include it in my mobile app, sorry about that. 😋 But if you want look at Marvelous designer, that's the champion of cloth simulation, for computers though

Some Hair style will probably come at some point, clothes are trickier for numbers of reasons but who knows. At the moment I am pretty slammed but hopefully my life will normalize again sooner or later and I will push more updates with more mannequins and props.

There is a cape already in, you need to extrapolate a bit to fit the assets and models to your character but that's also fun and a good exercise.

Will you soon make it possible to add an option for us to be able to move the fingers?

For now there is no plan about it, it is very tricky to select every single finger bone, I would maybe need to create an interface to easily select them. I'd rather add more hand poses and focus on other features...we will see

Is it okay if I trace over the model but make it my character? Cuz im new to drawing a body never have before and I draw animals that stand like human..if I can do that..then I will credit the app! But once I get use to tracing and how to angle stuff ill stop tracing

lamentablemente, en un pequeño porcentaje de teléfonos, el plugin de anuncios no funciona. lo único que puede hacer es eliminar los anuncios con una donación de su elección presionando el botón remove ads. Lo siento, intentaré comunicarme con Unity sobre esto :(

How'd you get just the heads?

They are from a previous version, heads are now mannequins parts. They are not props anymore. You can make a mannequin a scale all the parts very small but the head. Save the mannequin and there you have a head. Make sure you can still select the hips though as that will move the whole mannequin
