Sir mera ek question hai k agar ham workout kar rahe hai aur diet theek nahi karte isi tara ek sal workout karte rehte hai aur us k bad apni diet theek karte hai to kya body ban jayegi ye one year without achi diet k workout karne se hamari body khrab ho jayegi.

Would suggest you ki hit any one muscle per day and do 50min cardio session like 30min threadmill 15 min standing cycle and 5 to 10 min sitting cycle
