Brilliant series. I found Levels 1 and 2 doable for me. Haven't tried this one yet but the scorpion stretch looks, er, formidable. Thanks for the great work!

That was awesome thankyou!!!!! Once upon a time I was a dancer and very flexible, I didn't keep it up and got very stiff. Have recently found climbing and this is gold!!!!!!

Great stretching training. I usually do yoga but I wanted to bet stretches that are more specific for climbing. Found it here.
