"FLESH NOOSE" - UNOFFICIAL WARHAMMER 40K AUDIO - TYRANIDS - A VOX IN THE VOID
Ойын-сауық
Witness the desperation as Augur Void station JUF-D19/Rimward faces their impending doom in the form of Hive Fleet Cicatrix.
I am hugely thankful to a few people,
First of all let me mention the incredibly talented Paul Takahashi for allowing me to use his artwork for this piece. Such an evocative work of art. Please visit his site linked below.
paultakahashi.com/
Secondly let me extend a huge thank you to 'Hateberg' one of my subscribers/members. It was his idea for me to narrate this piece and hopefully I did the writing justice.
Enjoy my second Halloween special Brothers and Sisters.

Take heart. The beast expended far more energy the devouring of the Auger Array's tiny crew then it could ever gain by eating them. Of course a quick las-bolt to the brain, or perhaps a trip out the air lock would likely be a preferable fate.

Some fates are worse than death…. Fated to wait for death in the bowls of a Goliath, to be eviscerated slowly surrounded by the screams of the emulsified, to cry out in turn for help yet doomed to be drowned in the ichor of damnation, knowing… deep down, you are 1 in a billion souls singing in a choir of desperation, And there is nothing you can do to escape deaths warm embrace, And there is nothing you can do, except Wait. ----- I’m not much of a poet but damn that was a grim dark way to die. A really gripping story and though their fates where sealed I had to listen, no matter how much it horrified me, I had to know. Excellent reading and production your story telling is at a flipping amazing standard.

HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD……….. my mind was gripped on the edge of horror so fantastic and vivid I lost track of Time…. Absolutely badass Vox. Subbed and notes turned on
Whenever you see a fan say "Tyranids are not scary, interesting, nor do they work narratively" you tell them to shut up and read this excerpt or listen to this video.
I'd rather face any other xenos than a tyrannid, you captured the essence of the horror.
Quite splendid; I am feeling quite inspired for this weekend's hobby projects! ... My Swarm will grow once more~
A Tyranid story is always a treat for me. By far my favorite faction, yet also the one I have the hardest time finding content on. And yet, of all the Tyranid stories I've managed to scour through, this one is by far the most unique in its portrayal of the horror of the hive. Not as an endless swarm of gaunts and spores and bio-titans, but as a singular beast so massive that fighting it feels like a delusional dream. And even as it drowns you in its stomach acid and what passes for stomach bacteria, you can't help but know that you weren't really even large enough to be called a snack. At best, you and your crew might have been a single potato chip it happened to notice and pick up while it was passing through. The sheer sense of hopelessness as we listen to the crew watching as the hive ship approaches them is overwhelming. You want to pray to the Emperor for a miracle, and yet you feel like there's no power in all the galaxy that could possibly save them from this fate. I absolutely love it. I love tales of the Great Devourer, and this is definitely the Devourer at its greatest.

So let me get this straight. Humanity thinks they can successfully win against the Tyranids when they have bio-ships *that are so large, the teeth are as tall as cities?* No. Absolutely not. The only thing I can think of that can *remotely win* against the Tyranids are Necrons, and that's simply because of how OP they've been made. Plus, they're not biological, meaning the Tyranids would starve fighting the Necrons.

@blazednlovinit

Interesting thought. Do nurgles plagues affect those with lesser souls as much like a traditional disease would, or are they more warp based? I kinda feel that even on the cellular level, nids would fight off any foreign biomass with the same efficiency and brutality as they do on more macroscopic level, they have mastery over their genes, so it seems like a simple hotfix to fight off a new disease
