I bought complete pack and paid 14 euros. Without it first two + UC would have been 30 euros. So I paid negative 16 euros of FO3 and still felt ripped off

When i saw the title i was absolutely pissed that someone doesnt like FlatOut. Then i realised its FlatOut 3...

For me, the rubberbanding ai was too fast that they just kept crashing into walls lol. It also happens when u use a muscle car in NightShift for some reason

Only good thing about this game was the uninstalling part. Very satisfying.

Thank you for enduring through this sorry excuse of interactive software just so that nobody else has to. It's interesting yet very painful to see an in-depth look into this "game".

The Flatout 3 Graphics Are Completely Disgusting

Flatout 4:Total Insanity was actually fairly decent and now we have WreckFest. With that being said let’s forget this game even exists.

flatout 1, 2 and UC are incredible tho, highly recommend

WreckFest is amazing. The one thing I miss from Flatout in WreckFest is the Carnival Games. Those would be amazing in online multiplayer

beardo81 BugBear was working on a project called StuntFest, however that was put aside and never really toyed with again. I think they could easily add new stunt modes to WreckFest

Flux on review mode is strange and odd but nice review

The battle mode sounds like they could just rename it "apocalypse" mode, and tell you to run from the AI, then maybe it would be more fun.

Good review! Glad I found it. Thanks especially for the alternate recommendations at the end. By the way, for historical context-- the zombie mode was clearly inspired by the old game "Carmageddon".

I mean I played FlatOut 3 but so far it didn’t give me any issues other than any hard modes I had difficulty with. But I respect yer opinion on the game

Flat out ultimate carnage was my intire childhood its one of my favourite games off all time and playing just makes me feel like a kid again and I love jt

FOUC is still the best game in series. You should try Wreckfest if you haven't already because it's even better than FOUC.

In Russian translate one of the car name "Kalos", that sound like "Shitos" in english, i didnt know why i write this, that just so bad.

Man i grew up playing flatout 2 on my uncle's pc and its a game i will never forget, and its sad that after Ultimate Carnage, flatout wasnt the same anymore

I have been trying to 100% this game. (Basically beat everything) the races were not too bad, Nightshift wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I just need to do the battle royale bullsh*t. Those ones have stupid ai, and it takes to long for the enemy to die. I hate the battle royale mode.

This is the reason why Bugbear did their own Flatout 3 Ridge Racer Unbounded and Flatout 4 Wreckfest.

I heard this game from yongyao today news content that mentioned this game so I had to search this game up to see what this is all about and this how I ended up on this channel to get a review why it the worst. from looking at it does look too bad.... Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing " Hold my controller"

I thought originally flat-out 3 was passed onto a new company because the original creators were making other games.

I'm glad THQ Nordic is doing good with Wreckfest. Ever since THQ shutdown and Nordic took over and kept the THQ name, I've always wished them the best as a company.

I reckon Flatout 1's graphics were better than Flatout 3. Flatout 4 wasn't by any means a bad game it's worth paying.

What is worse than you think? If this game is grossly underrated, it is fact, not opinion. This game is mediocre and worse than Flatout 2 obviously, but it's not a bad game at all.

I was considering buying this on a Steam Sale thinking "how bad could it actually be?" After watching this video, I will NOT be doing that haha. I can't believe how terrible this looks. I actually did play Flatout 4 and while it's VERY rough around the edges, the actual racing is fun (the characters are just as bad as this one though). And shout out to Gas Guzzlers Extreme, that game is simplistic but very fun and the weapons have a really satisfying impact.

@@automotiveflux IDK, I think experiencing it vicariously through this video was enough haha. I can handle a poorly controlling racing game provided the tracks or cars are decent but this game doesn't even look to have that going for it...

If it’s not made by BugBear it’s not FlatOut as far as I’m concerned. This game doesn’t even feel or play like flatout or remotely inherit the same physics. Slapping “FLATOUT” as the title is an insult. Might as well be some iPad racing game ported to Steam. However I’ll give FLATOUT:Total Insanity the benefit of the doubt, it’s not great but it’s not horrible either.

flatout 2 looks better... even flatout 1 looks better than that... Team 6 is really bad at making games they probably use 90% of budget for games to weed. now they make mobile games , i played European Street Racing (2007) its just really bad and even loading it takes time like gta:online . there are pigeons made out of steel for some reason on map london or whatever that was.

After FLATOUT UC how the fuck did they thought this would be a good addition to the series?? It's a shame that it has flatout name on it..

Not even a mention about Crashday for the 3 games? You have guns, you can derby, has workshop support...that game infinitley is 100 times better than FO3, maybe more! And if someone wanna run a emulator or get a PlayStation 2 legitimately and a copy, get Crash 'n Burn. It may not have a story, but it ahs a campign but you can customize your cars..and the physics/soundtrack..is heavily worth it, even though the game is mediocre according to critics..it's underloved!

The former game had a retail release, but you can pickup the remade version of the gaem and improved on steam, it goes on discount occasionally. Goes by the name of Crashday Redline edition. Flatout 1>wreckfest

why call wreckfest a spiritual successor to flatout? flatout 1 and 2 are arcade games with very grippy cars and freedom to crash into the opponents if you want to the cars in wreckfest handle nothing like the cars in flatout and crashing into opponents is a great way of losing the race also the wreckfest community is full of people that will attack you for criticising the bad handling model

"Graphics worse than Flatout 2" my man those are graphics worse than Flatout 1. . .fuck it those are worse graphics than most PS2 era games for fucks sake =))))))))))))),honestly the game looks like it was made and released back in 2000 or 2001 or something that is how bad it looks,idk how many resources it eats like GPU power or CPU processing power aswel as RAM memory but honestly imo NFS Underground and Underground 2 look similar. . .and those are 2001 and 2004 titles while this shit is a 2011 title,when a game released AFTER 2010 is similarly looking to a game that was released an entire decade ago then there's some issues XD
