Flat Iron Steaks w/ Smoked Corn Ribs & Cilantro Lime Rice
Cook rice as desired
Preheat Grill to 2 zones high direct heat & medium high indirect heat
Prep Steak, Rub w/ olive oil Season w TD’s Brew & BBQ Carne Sutra (Dealers Choice)
Cut Corn cobbs into quarters longways
Using olive oil or your choice of fat & lube up those corn ribs
Season with TD’s 3 Chile Cilantro
Put cobbs on the grill Rotate as needed & let desired char build careful not the let the rub burn
Make the Cilantro Lime Rice
Mix Quickie rice, 1 juicy lime, smooth butter, 1 cup cilantro mix &
Give that rice some love with Jalapeno Lime Carne Sutra (to taste)
Jalapeno Lime Carne Sutra (Or tag team w/ 3 Chile Cilantro & Carne Sutra)
Grill the steak
Listen to the sound when you put that meat down
Flip ever minute or two until 130-135 degrees
Remove from grill & let rest for the same amount of time it was cooked
Remove Corn Ribs
Pile corn ribs on a plate stacking into a pyramid
Dress with some, cotija cheese, red onion, cilantro leaves, green onion, lime juice, & crema
Slice Steak, Plate & put some TD’s in your face
