    Or could it be tight shoes with high arch and drop support? If you don't use your foot muscles to help build an arch then what does it matter up top.

    You have to fix the the pes planus. It does effect the medial ankle, lateral knee, hip and into the back, all the way up the kinematic chain. Check out MIHP

    I have a doubt, if the flat foot is in the left leg,when he Is stand,and the left keg when is laying and say " usualky at the hip",why use his right foot when he does single leg hinges?

    This is simply not true; hip in external rotation will usually paired with supinated feet.

    But hes saying if its compensated for no? Isolated externally rotating a hip will of course supernate the foot but the mechanics might want to balance the amount supination needed and failing or am i talking nonsense
