That was inspiring, I’m currently on years 1-5 of collecting games and saving money. I actually looked at a few spaces and am wondering for this business model what would be a good price per sq foot, maybe Jose could answer, thank you.

I think that is really going to depend on location. I'd expect the price to vary a lot between LA and Minneapolis. Really, it's all about what is a good price for your area. Going 20 minutes outside of a major city could drastically change the price.
