@@Kronidis You are right but the speed force is only omnipresent in the main DC multiverse (Orrery of Worlds) and DC cosmology is much larger... And for that reason, Flash is not omnipresent because he does not have true omnipresence ( be everywhere in the DC Omniverse) in fact, in Dark Crisis it was shown that Wally could only travel through the Omniverse through Dr Light's buff.

He is probably the fastest character in all of fiction (without counting omnipresent beings) Wally is faster than barry, who is faster than superman. And superman is unaffected by spacetime and distance conceptually. He even broke infinity by speed alone. So guess how fast Wally West is 😂.
