  • @NickAndersonCreative

    @NickAndersonCreative

    I would try using the V1's first and see how that works out. Just diffuse them. You could even use them both at the same time for product photography. Just set one to be your key light (more power) and another one to be for your fill light (less power)

    Nick, what you do in your speedlight to avoid ambient light interfering in the photo?

  • @NickAndersonCreative

    @NickAndersonCreative

    8 ай бұрын

    With the speedlight off and ambient lights on, I set my shutter speed high enough so that I no longer see ambient light (or a black screen), then I turn my strobe on and it illuminates my scene perfectly.

  • @NickAndersonCreative

    @NickAndersonCreative

    8 ай бұрын

    depending on how bright the ambient light is, it's best to shut those off. but if you can't shut ambient lights off, then you might have to do a high speed shutter sync with your strobe. On Godox strobes, it's pretty easy

    When doing flash photography on food different dishes, will they be dark or light affect the camera settings. How do you fix this with flash Photography? How do you set your camera for the right exposure and white balance when doing food/Photography?

  • @NickAndersonCreative

    @NickAndersonCreative

    5 ай бұрын

    Hi there! I always set my white balance on my camera to match my flash which is usually 5600K. And for the exposure it depends on the scene but I'll adjust my aperture, ISO to determine proper exposure!
