@@Aquadiction ikr. luckily it is running well now but not after flooding my room. turns out there was an air bubble in the tubing

Yep they are a darn thing to get working, once you do they are a dream but many an hour iv'e had to mess about with the external filters to get the air out lol

I kinda doubt it but am not 100% sure as we have never kept different l number plecos together, its not something I would think I would have worried about...... now you have me thinking.....we may mix our flash and tigers together just to have more of a pleco aquarium (not sure yet though) and if they did cross breed then we would let everything know but I don't THINK it would happen!
