Beautiful video as always... for the design sheet to stick at the card stock is there any basic rule to measure so tht everytime we cut thr design sheet the black cardstock also is seen evenly? I mean what measurement should we take for each n every design sheet that is stuck on the card stock?

Yes there is !! Always take design sheet 0.5cm smaller then the card stock. Eg- If black card stock is 8cm x 7cm, then take design paper of 7.5cm x 6.5cm. I hope you understand my explanation. Keep crafting
