All three eaglets have officially reached the 2 month mark, and this means that big things are on the horizon for our trio!
Stars & Stripes have been great at providing ample food for the trio and this season has been such a pleasant, peaceful one. I believe it is Eclipse who is frequently demonstarting vigorous flapping - and even getting a bit of lift.
0:08 - Feeding time with parent
2:30 - Flap & hop!
4:30 - Parent comes in with a wonky branch, After some time, the kids each make their way over to the stick to try their luck at handling it. This goes on for quite some time, and they all seem fascinated by this!
10:57 - Tracking in triplicate unison! Parent drops in with a fish.
11:27 - Parent flies in with another branch, landing pretty squarely on top of the gathered trio. Oopsie! 😂
12:12 - Another "collision" as a parent flies in with a fish - coming beak to beak with an awaiting eaglet. Feeding time!
