These flippin’ starters always get me itchin’ to buy.

You can build Jagd Panther and normal Panther, if you magnetize the hull. I can seitch the complete top for every Panther ss I wish. I just added some cut plastic sprue material in the front and back and three small magnets. Not that complicated and cost efficient.

2 sets ordered, I can hardly wait to not paint more soviet infantry :)

Looks good. The value for money is hard to beat with these boxes. I've got the Hit the Beach starter which I'm planning on using for the Victory Decision WW2 game rules.

Nice review and awesome that they send u a copy for review, those figures look great, hopefully those crispy details come to TY figures as well.

Thanks Jon for an excellent unboxing. In the UK now you can by it for £37 which is excellent value for money. I was surprised though that the Panther sprues dated from 2012/15. I thought that the late war Panther with the late war 75mm gun and Infra-red sights, was released more recently ?

A fantastic starter, for both new and old players. For me jagdpanthers are a bonus.. nice heavy tank Hunters. Soviet tanks a bonus. I play German and American armies. But the Stalingrad, and Kursk starter sets plus this... Well Soviet army a distinct possibility. Great review.

I've pre-ordered the set as the models will add nicely to my existing forces. The IS-2 isn't a great tank for taking on other tanks but it is an assault beast. I'll have 10 just for fun but I've got a platoon of IS-85's to swap in for a platoon, for Bagration lists

Not the best for AT. Sadly the captured Panther is one of the best AT the Germans can field in Bagration.

@@AllMiniaturesGreatandSmall yes indeed, that's why I'll have the IS-85's in there, while the IS-2's squash infantry and gun teams. My Clash of Steel has been delayed but I suppose that means more time to paint stuff before it turns up

Looks great but I’m not buying anymore sets until I can buy some terrain and buildings! Really wish Battlefront would address all their out of stock/backordered terrain and buildings!

Ordering Battlefield in a Box terrain is always a challenge. Great stuff though. I'm still trying to buy more trees.

Battlefront sells decals, now if they are in stock or not is another question.

Great video! I'm interested in getting into the hobby, but I feel like the company does a horrible job keeping their website up-to-date and maintaining communication with the community. Am I mistaken in my perception?
