The word impregnable is fully justified. These will definitely last for a thousand years. What a brilliant place to live. Imagine having a flak emplacement as a patio! I am so jealous!

Won't last that long. Modern concrete lasts 100-200 years. In the Faculty for Architecture in TU Budapest one professor told that it cures for 50 years, stands another 50 years and detoriates the next 50 years. Cracks develop and eventually it will collapse. I'm not sure how the extreme wall thickness influences this effect, but the weight it bears is also extreme. On the contrary, ancient Roman concrete in fact lasts for thousand of years. The best known example is Pantheon in Rome.

There's a lot of potential in these structures. Imagine building an outdoor bar or a cafe at the top? Maybe add a pool... The building can certainly take the weight, since it probably has tons of poured concrete and steel rebar inside. They could become a nice Hotel if properly rebuilt inside.

It's a pretty impressive tower, I saw it when I was at this Carnival being hosted next too it in 2019. I recognized it straight away when I asked my friends who are locals there if that was what I thought it was. It definitely stands out in comparison to the other buildings that surround it.
