This actually might be one of the better uses of AI, compared to e.g. art theft to feed an image generator machine. This seems like an awesome tool to speed up workflows, especially when you have one of those days where *nothing* you make seems to sound good.

Eagered to see what the final result is. Hope they get real creative with this because Ableton makes me want to convert just based on their new midi features.

I'm not saying it's not worth buying, but you can use its full version in demo for free. The only limitation is you can't save. But you can export. Use whatever tools you want out of FL Studio demo, export as WAV, open it up in whatever DAW you do have. Just a suggestion.

Honestly, I never tried because I don't use it for midi much but I'm pretty sure you can. I used the demos for years before I eventually purchased it bc I got tired of not being able to save and edit stuff later. The only limitation of the demo I found was literally you can't save and re-open stuff later. All other functions seemed to work (like exporting) so you should be able to export as a midi file from the piano roll and all the plug ins worked. You may not be able to get this plug in while it is in beta though. Just a guess!@@haystacksniperr

I use Bitwig, doesn't even have a scale option in piano roll. As much as I want a more featured Piano roll, the lack of options forced me to learn music theory, learn about cadences, modes, 4 part harmony etc. Now I'm well equipped anywhere I go. Fl really is working their asses of even with lifetime free update.

I have Captain Chords/Epic and use it to come up with starting points/ideas when I'm running dry.

Also theres a new Humanize option as well, with which you can randomize/offset notes to sound more human!

I guess I don't need Scaler 2 anymore!! this is awesome!

I'm so glad I bought FL back in 2010. I've upgraded over the years ... and so has FL! The Beta version does seem to have quite a few bugs (as a Beta version would be expected to). But I can't wait until this feature is in the mainstream version.

I just installer the latest Fl Studio version and I don’t see generate chord progression

I installed 21.3 beta, but chord generation still not showing as an option in piano roll tools. Unlocked (I have the lifetime all-plugin license). Riff machine and all the others show, but not this new feature. Any idea why?

Very useful, I think this feature is similar to Cubase's Chord Pads. Devs should have done this years ago.

This kind of innovation, combined with the lifetime free upgrades and perpetual license business model, is why we've used Fl Studio in all our productions since 2014. Almost makes us feel bad for their competition... almost ;-)

Eh Larry, I had a question, is there some kind of midi mixer or way to do this, I was looking at Stochas Sequencer and wondered if there was a way to have several midi outputs put through some kind of midi mixer so that they could all go to one instrument, I'm new to this so if it's really obvious my apologies? It's similar to chord track in cubase and Studio one.. They should've add circle of fifths aswell ..for chord suggestions.if we can map these chord shape in Individual keys or pads we can play live aswell ..Hope fl studio will add in the future

Interesting and a great addition but I would have been happier if they had added a global chord track instead.
