Memory gameplay is just bad. Gameplay should be sightreadable. Its okay to have fakouts and stuff like that as long as its possible to notice it and know what to do.

1:44 You brought up an interesting point here. A lot of old levels don’t seem playtested. This is usually an issue seen in many old levels because the playtesting feature didn’t actually exist in the editor prior to update 1.8 so creators really didn’t have much of a choice for testing the quality of their gameplay.

Did normal mode not exist back then? I understand Start Positions most likely didn't exist, but considering that you have to VERIFY a level, I'd like to think more people would put more effort into making sure it's fun

As someone who took 495 attempts to beat Square Adventure (mind you after beating and triple-coining both Electrodynamix and Hexagon Force), it felt nice knowing I didn't just have a skill issue lol

I originally was going to grind out the mappacks but eventually realized that it wasn’t worth it

Rob should definitely scrounge up the world's shittiest mappack for 2.2 just for the 150th secret coin.

imagine if the map packs are redone in 2.2 that would be so cool

Lunar Ocean is so bad fr, I've already beaten several demons yet I still can't beat Lunar Ocean (suppossedly a 5 star btw) due to how bad the gameplay and transitions are lol

Next mappack stream you are gonna be stuck on Extreme fantasy and Starquake for a while because those levels are cancer

As a reused bag, I can tell that it sucks to be reused

Some of these are actually ok compared to 50% of other levels
