Question is how safe is this to use on a hacked vita meaning will it damage it or shorten its life span?

It will not. Vita actually was supposed to have much higher clocks but it was underclocked to have longer battery life. You do not risk any damage. Been overclocked for years without issues.

Can confirm it doesn't affect mine is overclocked with zero damage and i have already pulled hours in Gravity daze ,NFS ,Assassin's creed ,Shinobido ,Killzone mercenary and many big titles .

Intriguing even though I've never had any Playstation. Seeing XBR (probably same as XBAR) makes me flashback to Kepler BIOS Editor. (Dailying a GTX 760 for now since I sold my 5700XT, don't know how to volt mod it)

This might sound crazy but is it possible to have higher resolution while being 60 fps I want to know for games like persona 4 golden, metal gear solid collection, the fate games, trails of cold steel 1 and 2, any koei temco game etc etc, also thanks I was wanting to play this game on vita now it plays great

Which system do you use for overklocking? I am not familiar with overklocking jet but I hope I can do it in the near future too. PS: I would love to see you fixing Assassin's Greed 3 Liberation on the Vita.

Send this video I am using both a PSTV, and a OLED PS Vita. However my Slim Villa is also overclock. Really there is no risk of doing that if you have a moded system

@@larsweise8315 I use and like vita shell. Easy to download of the browser snd I’ve never had a single issue with it

I am confused as youre saying youre lowering the resolution but youre typing in 720p. Am I missing something?

@@ImaiJun gave it a try, it hits 60 alot of the time at the lowest resolution fully overclocked but far from locked

airplane mode and 444 over clock and it runs amazing, also do the same for borderlands and put the resolution to 720. Spider man you can keep the original resolution and just to what I said at the beginning

720 is needed only for the game would not crash, but whether the flight mode affects the performance is a question

how do you install that overclock? could you translate it into spanish

May be a stupid question but are there any risks to doing this such as affecting trophies or potentially punishing your psn account? Would love to get better performance in my games but I bought my vita for trophy hunting mostly.

It doesn’t effect any of that don’t worry and I also got a vita for trophy hunting and game collecting. I’ve had mine since 2018.

I have all three options (LCD 2000, OLED 1000, and the pstv). All of them are quite worth it. Don’t get swindled and pay a fortune, but with the device and maybe $20-$30 on top you can get everything you need. It’s the best feeling handheld ever made hands down.

Great vids! Can you please try God of War Collection. The framerate was not so perfect on Vita.

I got a c2-12828-1 error when I overclock it, but run without crash on stocks clock Edit : Only activating 500MHz Cpu without clicking on the other things seems to work

I want to see results when you change the resolution to 720x408, that should be 75% of the vita's native resolution. The game should run much smoother at those numbers.

You don’t have to, but apparently it helps with freezing in the pause menus

I need help , every time the game wants to load a new place it will stuck on loading screen, i think it's a bug ,i realy don't know what to do can someone give me a solution please?? 🙏🙏

Probably not. The issue isn’t data access but rap gpu/cpu performance and mostly optimization.

Felt like this game ran great on my 3ds but I don't remember it's been so long

Its save with the vita because the system is already underclocked, so you wont be stressing any hardware

i have a great setting to run this want to check it out?

i overclocked it the other day and it ran smoothly when i was fighting enemies. the open world for sure will drop the most. but in mission. it stays at 30fps most of the time. and loading took less time.

Dude the ps vitas native resolution is 960x544 so you did lower the resolution at all it was playing at native res there

@@beau-urns the vita through the ps tv still renders at 960x544 p it's just upscaled on the ps tv. The ps tv don't increase the internal resolution of any game

Amazing spider man runs lower than native res for sure just play it and you’ll notice. It seems the resolution changes when the load is heavier as well.

I dont think the resolution trick works because this game already runs at a low resolution. You were showing the gameplay on your system, thats already how blurry the game is.

How to save your progress on the amazing spiderman? On PSVita?

lolicon is still best o'clock plugin imho, it boosts graphics gpu to 333mhz unlike vitashell 222 only, it makes difference. it's been removed from autoplugin2 due to adrenaline issues, where after standby games would hang

Another game that really shouldn't have been released as it was. Just like Revelations 2 and Borderlands 2, the game is u playable bad out of the box.

It would actually be a good game if it ran properly. It would be interesting to see it ported to the switch or another consul. The problem is that even with overclocking it runs so choppily that it makes me motion sick

It actually gave me motion sickness playing….. the overclock helps a tiny bit, but still was bad

Yeah unfortunately. Definitely playable, but not perfect. This game is quite ambitious for the handheld though
