Nifty solution! That tree looks great in that pot!
This is a nice planting in your fixer upper training pot. Cool Schef!!! Looks good in the pot.
Idea. What about mineral grit or a nice peace river gravel from the aquarium shop? That way at the edge leave room for a waterfall effect. Glue on the crack with the grit laying on the crack covering it and then the grit at the edge to look like a dry river bed spilling over the pot. Hard to explain, but might work for you as something to try. I like the idea of using rocks to hide the cracks. I try to do the same also. Pots look great with the rock coverings.
Always a great opening with the sea and the sky and the sounds of the open sea. Rock collecting is fun for bonsai. Have you ever found a real good rock for a Suiseki display?
There are lots of ways of adding colour to epoxy. Think gold is 'traditional' but I've seen quite striking results using black, where the break becomes an interesting feature in itself.
Great video James cool idea with the stones. N that tree looks nice mate, good luck with it 👊👊👊
