After 14 years of service, I figured it was time to do some much needed deferred maintenance on the hyperthermia Plasma cutter. It's still in the 90s in Las Vegas so beside the humidity It's not much cooler here...

id rather have Vegas 90 than south Texas 90, any day of the week
my powermax 600 acts like the work lead isn't connected. gouges and arks but won't cut. any ideas?

no, unfortunately. Mine isn't cutting like it should either. One of these days im taking it to a hypertherm repair facility to have it checked over.
