Near impossible

The wires from mine came loose and didn't even think about using a zip tie and well the got caught with my windshield wipers and now they're disconnected I wanted to solder them together but my dad tells me not to in case the battery dies idk how and in case something catches fire but idk i need help I miss it when they would be on at night💔

You should be fine to use electrical butt connectors with a heat shrink tube.
