I like how you take us with you when you’re in the tightest of places. I do all of my own work on my trucks also, I am glad there are guys like you to show people how to do stuff like that. I have two problems though, don’t have patients and I am camera shy , so thanks Chase . Would sure like to meet you someday

Best thing about the Cab-over. Jack that cab up and absolutely everything is accessible. Plus so easy to keep clean under the Cab.....

I looked just like you by the time i was done with my w900 exhaust two days ago. The heat took its toll on the piping had to cut and replace so much of it. But, now i can rest at peace knowing the exhaust leaks are gone and the straight pipe is like music.

Those are the worst when they leak cause they creep right into your sleeper. And if your idling at night and have some wiring or pluming holes in the floor, those fumes will get in the cab while u sleep. Very good idea to change those out.

Hey brother love what u doing. Makes me laugh because I feel your pain. I try to do as much as I can myself in the lot where I park my truck. Found you on u tube when I was looking to fix my problems. The reason I'm reaching out to you is I have the same rig. Came across a problem when I was replacing a front crankshaft seal. Found a piece of metal hanging out the hole. The big metal spacer that goes over the gear on top front of the engine break and split apart. Once that happens your engine can be done. Lucky for me I was motivated to fix that leak at caught that problem. Funny thing that at the volvo dealer and Cummins said this happens all the time. Shit I wish somebody would have let me know. Passing the info on to you.if it was not replaced you need to do so. Would like to send photos of the problem to better understand just not sure how

I think I know what you're talking about. You're talking about the camshaft gear washer on the driver's side, that has the bolt that goes through it, I believe

May be try a led light bar as cargo lights. Install it vertically on the edge of the side fearing and one on the top of roof facing backwards if you working a lot at night.

Good job as always man , one question what year is that truck pre EGR. You probably covered that subject but I don't remember now , I'm asking only because I'm trying to figure out what ISX family # is that engine.
