Great information, thanks for posting.
What is the negative implications of leading with the shoulders versus to the hips? Does that drive into more posterior chain versus quad during the extension? Do you wait for your back to pass the hips until they are fully open? It was kind of hard to tell in the videos. I had to slow them down. Doing some slo-mo might help if you're going to teach some of the finer points. :)
