Fixing BAD SINGING with AUTO-TUNE

Singing "Ariana Grande - positions" very badly on purpose and trying to save it in Pro Tools. I used Melodyne and MAutoPitch as an auto-tune.
If you're in need of my vocals or audio engineering, I'm available for work. Please don't hesitate to contact me at: moonicproductions@gmail.com

This is the first auto-tune video where the singer actually starts off singing really badly. I can relate to this and now I have hope that my vocals might have a chance to see the light of day, even if they are highly disguised. Nice job. Much appreciated.
Commenting for the KZread algorithm cuz u deserve it.

Hey, just randomly found your video. Believe it or not, my left hand looks exactly the same and I'm so jealous you're so confident with that. Anyway, great content, hope you get bigger

Thanks so much, that's really cool! Yeah it's not easy at all, it took years for me to get comfortable with it. It came over time as I faced my fears by putting myself forcefully into uncomfortable situations with it.

Amazing! Thank you! People kept telling me that autotune and such were good but couldn't make a bad singer sound good enough. But after your video, I can see that the softwares CAN make you a singer. I imagine working with you (hiring you) must be very expensive.
This was really informative and cool, great work!
Great vid! I'm new to singing and have only limited experience playing around in Reaper. It's informative and entertaining seeing you break down some key ideas in this way; I'd for sure watch you producing other things!

@@moonicproductions that's great to read 😀 can't wait to see more ! Take care !
Really nice I love the humor editing you got going on too haha! I am a sorta-trained rock singer (got some covers on channel) but I don't like my tone that much, but when I try mautopitch/demo of melodyne it doesn't seem to do much for me, pitch isn't everything. I even tried a demo of the real Autotune and it sounds basically the same as mautopitch. I wanna know how you can get that dead-on pitch that pro recordings have that sounds like a laser though, maybe its really a distortion trick I dunno. Also your pitch on your RAW recorded 'nothing i wouldnt do' sounded really good on the vibrato. Thanks for showing the before and after, so many tutorials never show the raw recordings... Anyways, I wanna know what pop punk bands like old blink182 used to get their sound in studio that they never, ever had live lol.
Wow amazing approach 👍 sounds good. I have a question can 2 guys sing the same song on different scales?
🔥
I have a friend who recorded at mine and his timing and pitch was extremely off, can you please fix it for me😭
People are so beautiful and I have a great day of summer and I am not going anywhere else to do with your not a fan of a new one of my favorite song is it that everyone I know. ~Autocompleted Cool vid :)
What's the difference between autotune & vocoder ?
How long would you say this took to all the vocal editing that you did? An hour? 3 hours?
I will sing. Thanks boss 😀
*Damn.. this was fascinating. How much do I need to pay you to make you my full-time producer lol*
Could you use the formants settings of M Auto pitch to fix the Mickeyfrog with the sock in the mouth?

Haha, I'd have to run some experiments with MAutoPitch to see if we can get rid of that sock

HAHAHA yeah its the devils tools for fools that cant sing .....love your videos buddy it sounds so horribly awesome
Hey bro this is amazing!🤜🏻 Do you happen to take in projects like this? I always wanted to record myself singing but don't know my way around these tech, will you take in a project if I give you a raw recording of myself singing? Thank you and God bless!🙏🏻

You could try singing the lyrics to a song you've never heard before, then see how close you can get it to the original.
Like melodyne, but free...
But the tone of your voice is quite ok. If that was bad it would be much harder to fix than just timing and notes.
Are you sure you're not Ariana Grande?
@moonicproductions

Dunno, I might be!
You should get no be of your subscribers to sing badly (like legit trying but they’re just not great singers) so we can see how easy or difficult it is to fake it!
