as you allocate a command line interface or pc applets into execution, and it finishes early, stops get interrupted or otherwise fail to a depricatated mode...decrepated journies often stop short not needing to run the command in full. which in turn leaves the command line partially executed. this is called Disc Fragmentation. I control panel or settings do a query of the Defrag and optimize drives pace... it a thing under maintenance.. I swear I have to be the guru because no one retired from the middle east USA or the south are just not displaying intelligible or maybe just lazy question but there is no bad question accept the matters you do not need to deal with

at 8 minutes in she finally defined the overhead.. it is the space free for the Operating sys storage installment for apps to run extra checks and data exchanges....um extra space at the top where labelled OS

i was left confuse because you put unallocated partitions into just more partitions ma'am was there something more that I didn't catch because I didn't learn at all the processes for rerepair... to fix my 5x pups... it can't be done remotely or with a manual or system processes. i counted 31 ways to reset windows and it won't take any...i refuse to accept a dead patient...yes and a single process que and a one process queue what are the differences there no chrome answer for that....
