Yo! Didn't think I'd see y'all on my feed! The algorithm is crazy. I rode/chatted with ya'll for a bit, was the one on the state all road. Was surprised I didn't see ya'll on day 5 when I finished, but now I understand it was because you took that rest day. I ended up going from Antietam where ya'll passed me as I was setting up camp, to dc on that final day. I'm supremely jealous of your abilities to ride shirtless, as I got eaten alive by mosquitos even with a shirt on and bug spray. Nice vid and it was nice meeting you guys!

Haha that's awesome that you found my video. We had seen you a handful of times throughout the trip which was pretty cool. Nice talking to you! The mosquitoes were really going after Henry for some reason, but everyone else was fine.

So sick! I bikepacked the C&O canal (the second half of this route) on fixed gears with my brother. Sick to see other people fixie bike packing and their setups !

Rode this last fall. I would do the GAP again, but not the C&O. We did the GAP in two days, C&O in 2.5. The towpath just beat me up more, though the amount of free camping spots was way more convenient. Good job, dudes.

Tough to go wrong with peanut butter. I put it in ramen, oatmeal, spread it on bread or eat it straight up! Pure delicious protein in a jar.

Would love to go on a group ride with friends. All my friends are old farts now working 6 days a week.

Thanks! The GAP trail leads right into the C&O so there's barely any navigation required, but I'm sure you could find a route anyway with a quick google search.
