    Oh, just what I need going to try this. Had headaches over 4 weeks. I think mainly tension headaches. I purchased a neck pillow and it allows tension and relieves my headache. But long term I’d like to manage my neck issues. Thank you Taro. I will let you know how I go. ❤

    no so much as i am moving relatively gently through a small range, but for many people who are not used to moving through mid-upper back, they will probably feel mobilization/activation of that area.

    @@jennahd5320 as you start to change your movement patterns, you will start to use the parts more that you haven't used much before and use the parts less that you tend to use too much, and as a result, yes you will gain strength in some areas, and mobility in some areas.
