I stopped getting white heads when i went vegetarian n I stopped getting blackheads when I went vegan also i started to get more color in my face but getting time n exercise outside also helps to get more color n oxygen n vitality in your skin... Also just using a wash cloth to wash my face in the morning n evening with hot water n using a light Rosewater toner w moisturizing essence by Heritage store directly after washing keeps my skin very nice. You have to have enough good quality fluids like spring water n lemon water coconut water and herbal teas... Or fresh pressed juices like celey juice, fresh pressed apple juice, or orange juice, or aloe water n the like... Dehydration causes aging... But natural sugars are good and fruits are the most anti-aging because they have higher antioxidants and we age as we oxidize therefore antioxidants are the most anti-aging... Blackberries and wild blueberries are the most anti-aging foods to eat for instance... Telling you... This is the real deal... Sharing out of love n caring for my fellows... I don't want any money or any pay off... It just feels right n good to share the truth n help my fellow humans... Good luck n God bless... 🙏😊🫶

For those who eat meat, check out Steak and Butter Gal. She was vegan for 6 years and all sorts of autoimmune and skin issues, including psoriasis, horrible cystic acne, and eczema. She went carnivore and her skin is now totally clear. I think the key is removing sugar, grains, processed food, and seed oils. Then for those struggling with being vegan (there are many who have gotten severe skin, autoimmune, and GI issues), the important thing is meat heavy or carnivore, including animal protein and fat. Fat is important for healthy hormones, skin, brain, and cells.

Money is the bottom line in the foods that we find in grocery stores. Companies don't give a rats behind about the health of their customers. We as consumers have to take our lives and health into our own hands. We need to use our brains to do our own research about the foods that we consume.

Carnivore of a year and a half here. My blood work is great, my autoimmune issues such as psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, joint pain, and sciatica issues from arthritis and back surgery are completely gone. I had teen girls at my gym commenting on how young I look compared to people my age. I am a 58 yr old female 5'9", 132lbs. I get plenty of collagen eating only meat, dairy and eggs. The times I chose to cheat caused my face to break out, Psoriasis act up and my pain in my joints and back returned. I'm also gaining muscle postmenopause which I thought would be impossible. 😁💪

I asked him if he ate meat, he said he basically ate nothing but meat. He got a crash course from 'healing heart foods' 😅 and his wife promised herself to change their diet. Great interview, Tony covered so many things I was confused if I was doing the right thing for the health AND skin. Collogen peptides being one of them because I also saw my favorite bearded doctor say eat jello too . I personally saw my nails change and get longer really fast, so I just knew something was to it. Thank You for the conversation learned a lot.

Thank you for mentioning jello!! I am sticking to my low carb diet lifestyle and have lots of sugar free jello packs I need to eat more in lieu of other sweets that are just bad all around. Jello is truly amazing. I've also added gelatin powder to thicken soups and gravies amd sauces. We don't get enough!!

I also ate Jello until I discovered how much sugar it contains. Sugar free Jello contains artificial sugars which is not good for the human body.

@@moonstar7775 I'm not a purist, if I can eat sugar free jello desserts and get some gelatin protein , satisfy my cravings and keep my blood sugars relatively low then ill do it.

Thank you for being so generous with the details and valuable information I am using a good quality sun screen is very helpful. I'm not an expert, but have very reactive skin yo anything, I use Vichy for my face and anything exposed to sun , ( hand, neck) because ido spent most of my day outdoors, working as a road and traffic safety worker. Is there any advice you can provide me with, doctor? Truly appreciate it. I love in Toronto

The last point most important, everyone needs to feel attractive etc. esp to inspire them. Overweight people are hurting somehow, it is worsening to be mean and tell them. He is right, there must be positivity or else.

Can't we just "age gracefully??" My god...do we really need to 'tame' our face expressions? I never have done this and I look a lot younger than I am thru nutrition You are what you eat so Let Food Be Thy Medicine! Not chemicals or neurotoxins.

"Your body, your choice." If yooooooooou want to age gracefully, nobody is stopping you. The people who don't want to age gracefully have other options "Let them..." You do what you feel is right for your skin, and they have the freedom to choose their path, even if it differs from yours.
