It's so annoying! I might get a new phone or something, I could be watching youtube or on a call, then my phone would just freeze, and show like 1% of the volume bar, It wont let me go how, or restart the device. I just have to stare at it, until that damn system UI thing pops up. which takes 10 minutes. But it freezes every 30. I swear. Edit: I got a new phone.

Thank you very much sir for my android device it would do that for like 1 week so i would only simply restart the phone cuz it fixes it with no problem but on this day it started to not fix when ii restarted to i watched this video and then did all the fix that you said and it worked! thank you very much you deserve more subscribers

uninstalling google updates worked in my case

it seems my phone is different, it is not restarting. I have note 8. I see on the screen that process system is not responding and then the screen shows two options close app and wait, I cannot click on neither of them, it seems the screen is not even responding. what can I do in this case? and I need to back up my photos and data! thank you

"System UI has stopped" occupies the centre of the screen, clicking "ok" only causes it to recycle, can't access any other commands (like turn off or restart) which just flashes for a second when the power button is pushed, only to be replaced again by "system UI has stopped" a split second later), can't turn off phone. Battery (figures) is permanent and can't be removed.

We Dont Have an Broken Phone.

I think mine didnt really had to do that. It said System somethin somethin then my phone crashed or was frozen. I pressed power off and it power offed. It restarted and it works now

get a new phone.

My solution was hard reset and no changes to any settings. Stable and running but I now get a server 400 error upon opening the youtube app but YT runs fine in the Chrome browser. Better then nothing. Not complaining anywhore.

Thanks for your effort I have the same problem with my note 5 mobile when I came to pair it with pods ➕ it still show the same message and when I press OK The windows start repativly disconnect the wifI page and connect again I tried all this methods

My problem is that I don't have time to access anything! When I first power on my tablet, it works fine for few seconds and then I get the "System UI has stopped" message. When I click OK, the screen turns black even though my tablet is still on.

you've to press vol down and power btn for 10 sec to force shut down and then u can uninstall google frm playstore & wipe cache partition

Didn't work. Reluctant to do a factory re-set until all data is backed-up.
