That mean you won't be able to open public apps even if you do it'll take atleast 5 mins

Hello po, I tried to press my home button to clear my apps, but a message appeared that my system UI has unfortunatley stopped. Eh na-click ko po yung stop ba yon and then nag black lang po buong screen ko, at icon lang po ng screenshot ang nalabas ano po pwedeng gawin?
