hi my roller moves to almost to the center of the bar, do you know how to fix it?

I used a small piece of flex tape it’s used for sealing rain pipes or whatever it’s the same manufacturer as flex seal it’s sold at home depot is very sticky stuff . Move roller back in place and wrap tape around silver bar up against the roller. Make sure you clean the bar with rubbing alcohol good luck

It’s time for some “third party” to acquire and sell machine parts or set up a repair shop. In light of all the environmental issues we talk about, there needs to be a way to make your machine last a bit longer.

​@@gerriebell2128 well said! My Maker got the same issue. It was unacceptable for me to buy a new one only because of this small stuff!

And this is exactly why I will never buy a cricket. Unfortunately, my daughter gave me the Cricut Joy for my birthday. However, I will never buy a Cricut because my niece has this problem and customer service looked the other way. They do not look out for their customers and their solution is $50 off a brand new machine. Why did you have to become a “Cricut technician” to fix this machine? I’m glad you did for your sake, however, shame on Cricut for not helping the hundreds if not thousands of users with this issue. I’ve read my fair share of KZread videos with this same problem……. And the sad part is Cricut is still selling this piece of crap machine knowing it has a defective part……… an inexpensive part but with no way or access to replace it. I’ll never trust them. All companies that do not backup their product or able to repair defects contributes to the landfills. They should be fined. The solution is to fix it! NOT replace it. Notice now they come out with extended warranties because they needed to cover their piece of crap product . This is why I am, and will always be a Scan and Cut gal. Brother stands by their customers 100%
