Fix Preview Icons for EPS files in MacOS (Ventura 13.2)

EPS preview not working on your Mac? Try this solution!
KZread doesn't allow angled brackets in the description so replace the following parenthesis with angled brackets: (string)com.adobe.encapsulated-postscript(/string)
Instructions:
1) Copy the "Illustrator.qlgenerator" from "/System/Library/QuickLook" to your desktop or any other folder you have read/write access to.
2) Open "Illustrator.qlgenerator" by right clicking it and select "Show package contents".
3) Open "Info.plist" in the "Contents" folder with a text editor.
4) Find the line (string)com.adobe.illustrator.ai-image(/string)" (replace parenthesis with angled brackets)
5) Insert "(string)com.adobe.encapsulated-postscript(/string)" below it with the same indentation and save the "Info.plist" file. (replace parenthesis with angled brackets)
6) Copy "Illustrator.qlgenerator" to "/Library/QuickLook"
This solution worked on a Mac Studio running Ventura 13.2.1

has there been any update on this issue?
This was working for Ventura. Last week I updated to Sonoma and it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Any ideas?

it worked. Thank you. But i had to change the open app to Illustrator
This is exactly why I hate upgrading, you have to jump through hoops every time to get back to square one. Big middle finger to apple. A BIG THANK YOU to Computer Weeb for posting this. Mac Studio OS 13.4 FYI I HAD TO REBOOT FOR IT TO WORK but thankfully it did.

It doesn't open the EPS files, just makes it so you can preview them in the finder. However it seems recent updates have broken the solution. It may be easier to batch convert your EPS files to SVG, which you can do with this free program - www.xnview.com/en/xnconvert/
