Hi this is really late but my computer still not working i tried two times but still no i have diffuculty with the hp 11 new laptop still mouse is broken please help

You can update your drivers with Motherboard driver's software like Intel drivers agent, Amd drivers, etc.
In my setting there is no touchpad enabled option
still facing issue
