I followed all of the steps but my USB connected wireless mouse still isn't working. mouse pad works but not wireless mouse. I also switched to a different mouse that worked on my other laptop, and that also did not work on this dell laptop. Do you have any other suggestions?

Followed all the steps and it didn't work. So whats the issue? The touchpad cursor had been working perfectly fine earlier in the day and then sporadically started not working correctly.

Update: i went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded the driver back manually from their self-serve section. i restarted my laptop and now the touchpad works again! Interestingly, when i did the "uninstall" you suggested, my laptop no longer recognized having a touchpad, because it was removed from the listings in the Device Manager.

I have no Mice pointing and human interface. how can i fix problems

If your mouse or touchpad doesn’t work try to go to settings and go to touchpad then you will see touchpad if you do press on but i don’t know if this might work cuz im on a japanese laptop so if it doesn’t work not my problem 😎

sir i was trying from yesterday anywhere in the device manager there is no option of touchpad and i am just freaking out uninstalling the drivers are also not working and the fact that i installed the software driver from the hp site itself still the touchpad is not working, sir please help with this one too

Try Repairing Windows Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restart. Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan sfc /scannow Restart. Windows Updates- Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

Will this work if you have no cursor your computer is not showing human interface or mice and pointing devices ?

nobody needs to see the rest of your screen so why don't you increase the size of the screens you are working in? what happens at at the 2:25 mark? how do you get the screen that is showing?
